  • The number of staff required can vary based on your event details, but typically, 4–6 staff members are recommended for a guest count of around 75.

  • Yes, staffing fees may increase with extended hours. Please confirm exact costs with the venue coordinator.

  • The latest allowable end time depends on local regulations and venue policy. Please check with the venue for specific curfew or noise ordinance restrictions.

  • Linens are not included. Please confirm whether they are available through the venue or if an outside rental is required.

  • Yes, tables and chairs for the reception are included in all rentals.

  • Chairs for the outdoor ceremony are not included. Check with the venue whether they offer rental options or if an outside vendor is needed.

  • Chair rentals are non-refundable regardless of weather-related changes.

  • Outdoor rental fees are non-refundable in case of weather.

  • The venue will provide an indoor alternative for cocktail hour in the event of inclement weather. Please ask for available indoor options during your tour or planning meeting.

  • Setup staffing is included.

  • No, coat check is not available.
